Drill: Remove a row and total. Pro drill. Twenty-five drills are free.
What it does and when to use it
Remove a bad row, jump to the bottom, step into the total cell and AutoSum. A SUM over a fixed range would have shrunk with the deletion anyway, but a typed total would not; redoing it with AutoSum is the safe habit.
The common mistake
Leaving a typed total behind after deleting a row.

Questions
Does deleting a row update my SUM?
Yes, if the row was inside the SUM range. The range shrinks by one row. A total typed as a number does not change.
