Drill: Copy the headers further down. Pro drill. Twenty-five drills are free.
What it does and when to use it
A chain of basic moves: select the header, copy it, jump to the bottom of the data, go to column A, step down and paste. Chains like this are what the drills build; none of the steps is hard, the speed comes from not thinking about them.
The common mistake
Pasting over the last data row instead of below it. Ctrl+Down lands on the last filled cell; press Down once more.

How do I paste without the mouse?
Move to the destination with the arrows or Ctrl+G, then Ctrl+V. The marquee around the copied cells stays until you press Esc.
