What it does and when to use it
After a Go To or a precedent trace, the Go To box has your previous location pre-filled. F5 then Enter bounces you straight back. It makes auditing a chain of formulas a rhythm: Ctrl+[, look, F5 Enter.
The common mistake
Using Ctrl+Z to go back, which undoes edits rather than moves.
